Valerie Jackson
Co-Founder, President & CEO
Valerie is a data-driven strategist, systems thinker and futurist who has been helping companies and humans in tech to scale sustainably for nearly 25 years. As a Chief People Officer and finance lawyer, Valerie has worked within or advised public and private companies (standalone, VC and PE-backed) to help them achieve their goals at every stage of maturity. Valerie is also an executive coach with a background in diplomacy and international affairs, and leverages that expertise when working with global companies. She is an honors graduate of Harvard University and Georgetown University Law Center.
Alex Moghtader
Co-Founder and COO
Alex is an enterprise SaaS veteran and business owner with over 30 years of experience in IT systems, data and vendor management, facilities management, and sales operations. Throughout his career, Alex has worked across private and public companies to drive revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and build scalable operational solutions.
